USB-C charge port
Won’t charge, charges only at an angle or loses connection to a dock. Usually 2–3 business days with the part in stock.
Thumbstick drift
Camera or character drifting on its own. Steam Deck thumbsticks are replaceable modules.
Screen replacement
Cracked glass, dead pixels or touch problems on LCD and OLED models.
Battery replacement
Short play time or a battery that won’t charge fully.
Fan noise & overheating
Grinding, rattling or very loud fans and thermal throttling.

Steam Cloud keeps your saves
Most Steam games save to Steam Cloud. Before an SSD upgrade or reinstall, check that cloud sync is on, and note any non-Steam games or emulators you’ll need to back up.
Official parts exist
Valve makes official Steam Deck replacement parts available, which makes many repairs straightforward. We’ll tell you which part you’re getting before we start.

Can you fix Steam Deck stick drift?
Yes. We replace the thumbstick module, which fixes drift on Steam Deck LCD and OLED models.
How long does a Steam Deck charge port repair take?
With the part in stock, usually 2–3 business days. Our repair queue can affect timing, so we give you an estimate up front.
Can you upgrade my Steam Deck SSD?
Yes. We install a larger SSD and reinstall SteamOS. Your Steam Cloud saves sync back when you sign in.
Do you repair the ROG Ally and Legion Go?
Yes, when parts are available. Request a quote with the problem and we’ll check parts first.
Can I mail my Steam Deck in for repair?
Yes. Mail-in repair with return shipping is always an option. Call (435) 525-6566 or request a quote before you ship, and we’ll send you instructions.
What warranty comes with the repair?
When we install new parts (other than OEM parts), the repair carries a lifetime warranty against defects. All other repairs, including genuine and OEM parts, carry a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. Breakage and liquid damage aren’t covered. Read the full warranty policy.
