Appointments are available. Like a doctor's office, an appointment with us means we're expecting your arrival at that time, but it doesn't meant we can always start on the repair right then.
Free diagnosis & quote
A technician checks your device at the front counter - that initial analysis is free. If we need to check it in for an Advance Troubleshooting review, then there is a non-refundable fee - but it applies to any repair we do. We'll then text you a clear price and timeline. Nothing happens until you approve.
Fixed & warrantied
We repair it with quality parts, test everything, and text you when it's ready for pickup.
Our warranties are usually lifetime for all new parts we install - except OEM - then those parts have a 1 year warranty. We also offer 1 year warranty on our labor.

How long do repairs take?
Most screen, battery and charge-port repairs are done the same day, often within a few hours. If a part needs to be ordered, we'll give you a timeline up front and text you updates.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Select repairs carry a lifetime warranty and others carry a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. Liquid-damage repairs are excluded. Ask us which applies to your repair.
Will I lose my data?
Most repairs don't touch your data, but we always recommend a backup first. If we can't back it up for you, we'll tell you before we start.
Can you really fix a PS5 or Xbox HDMI port?
Yes. We replace HDMI and charge ports in-house with micro-soldering, and we're the only shop within 50 miles of St. George offering it.
