Smartwatch repairs we do
Screen replacement
Cracked or shattered glass, a black or flickering display, lines across the screen, or touch that stopped responding. On most smartwatches the glass and display are one bonded part, so we replace them together.
Battery replacement
Watch dying before dinner, shutting off early, or a swollen battery pushing the screen up. If the battery is swollen, stop charging the watch and bring it in.
Other repairs, parts permitting
Speakers, buttons and crowns, heart-rate sensor problems, charging issues and water damage. We check parts availability for your exact model during the free diagnosis.

Good to know before your watch repair
Water resistance after repair
Opening a watch breaks its factory seal. We reseal it with new adhesive, but no repair shop, including the manufacturer’s own service, can promise original water resistance afterward. Avoid swimming or showering with a repaired watch.
Your data is safe
Your health, fitness and activity data syncs to your phone. Screen and battery repairs don’t erase the watch, and your history stays on your phone either way.
Bring your passcode & charger
We use your watch passcode to test touch and sensors after the repair. Bringing your charger helps us confirm charging works with your own cable.

Do you repair smartwatches other than Apple Watch?
Yes. We repair every smartwatch brand, including Samsung Galaxy Watch, Google Pixel Watch, Fitbit and Garmin. As long as we can get the part, we’ll work on it.
Can you replace a cracked Apple Watch screen?
Yes. We replace cracked and unresponsive Apple Watch screens, with genuine Apple parts offered when available. The glass and display are bonded together, so we replace them as one part.
Is it worth replacing my watch battery instead of buying a new watch?
Usually, yes. A battery replacement costs far less than a new watch and makes it last a full day again. If your watch has other problems or no longer gets software updates, we’ll tell you honestly if replacing it makes more sense.
How much does smartwatch repair cost?

How long does a watch repair take?
It depends on the model and whether the part is in stock. We give you a timeline when you check in, and our repair queue can affect timing, so we keep you updated until your watch is ready.
Will my watch still be waterproof after the repair?
We reseal every watch with new adhesive, but once a watch has been opened, original water resistance can’t be guaranteed by any repair shop. We recommend keeping a repaired watch away from swimming and showers.
What warranty comes with a watch repair?
When we install new parts (other than OEM parts), the repair carries a lifetime warranty against defects. All other repairs, including genuine and OEM parts, carry a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. Breakage and liquid damage aren’t covered. Read the full policy.
