Good to know before your watch repair
We check parts first
Parts for some brands take a few days to arrive. We confirm availability, price and timing before any work.
Water resistance after repair
Opening a watch breaks its factory seal. We reseal it with new adhesive, but no repair shop can promise original water resistance afterward. Avoid swimming or showering with a repaired watch.
Sync before you drop it off
Open your watch’s app (Garmin Connect, Fitbit and so on) and sync first, so your latest activity is saved to your phone.

Do you repair Garmin watches?
Yes. We repair Garmin Forerunner, Fenix, Venu, Vivoactive and other models when parts are available. Battery replacement is the most common Garmin repair.
Do you repair Fitbit watches and trackers?
Yes. We repair Fitbit Versa, Sense, Charge and other models when parts are available.
My watch brand isn’t listed. Can you still fix it?
Probably. Request a quote with your exact model, and we’ll check parts and give you a price before you bring it in.
Will my watch still be waterproof after the repair?
We reseal every watch with new adhesive, but once a watch has been opened, original water resistance can’t be guaranteed by any repair shop. Keep a repaired watch away from swimming and showers.
What warranty comes with the repair?
When we install new parts (other than OEM parts), the repair carries a lifetime warranty against defects. All other repairs, including genuine and OEM parts, carry a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. Breakage and liquid damage aren’t covered. Read the full warranty policy.
