iPhone repairs we do
iPhone screen replacement
Cracked glass, black or green lines, dead spots, or a touchscreen that stopped responding after a drop. The glass and display are bonded, so we replace them together and test touch, brightness and Face ID.
iPhone battery replacement
Battery Health below 80%, a “Service” warning, shutting off early or a swollen battery. Usually 2–4 hours with the part in stock.
Charging port
Cable has to be held at an angle or the phone won’t charge. Often it’s packed lint, which we clean during the free diagnosis. If the port is damaged, we replace it.
Back glass
Shattered back glass on iPhone 8 and newer. Sharp edges can cut fingers and let in moisture, so it’s worth fixing.
Cameras
Blurry, black or shaking rear cameras, cracked camera lenses and front camera problems.
Water damage & other repairs
Liquid exposure, speakers, microphones, buttons and vibration. Turn the phone off, don’t charge it, and bring it in quickly.

Good to know before your iPhone repair
The “Unknown Part” message
On newer iPhones, iOS may show an “Unknown Part” notice in Settings › General › About after a non-Apple screen, battery or camera is installed. The phone works normally. We tell you before we start if your part choice will trigger it.
Face ID & Touch ID
Face ID and Touch ID sensors are paired to your iPhone’s logic board. We protect them as best we can during every repair and tell you up front if a repair could affect them.
Back up & bring your passcode
Most repairs carry very little risk to your data, but an iCloud backup first is the safest move. We use your passcode to test Face ID, cameras and calls after the repair.

How long does an iPhone screen or battery replacement take?
With the part in stock, an iPhone screen or battery replacement usually takes 2–4 hours from check-in. Our repair queue can affect timing, so we give you an estimate up front and keep you updated.
Do you use genuine Apple parts?
We offer genuine Apple parts when they’re available. You can also choose OEM pulls (original parts from other iPhones) or premium aftermarket parts. We explain the price and warranty difference before we start.
Will my iPhone show an “Unknown Part” message?
It can on newer models if a non-Apple screen, battery or camera is installed. It doesn’t affect how the phone works. Choosing a genuine Apple part avoids it, and we’ll tell you before the repair.
When should I replace my iPhone battery?
When Settings › Battery › Battery Health shows below 80%, shows a “Service” message, or the phone shuts off before it reaches 0%. A swollen battery should be replaced right away.
Do you repair older iPhones?
Yes. We repair older models like the iPhone 11, XR, X, SE and iPhone 8 whenever parts are available. A new battery often gives an older iPhone another year or two.
What warranty comes with the repair?
When we install new parts (other than OEM parts), the repair carries a lifetime warranty against defects. All other repairs, including genuine and OEM parts, carry a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. Breakage and liquid damage aren’t covered. Read the full warranty policy.
