Bring the dock
If your Pixel Tablet won’t charge on its speaker dock, bring the dock too so we can tell whether the problem is the tablet or the dock.
Back up to Google
Most repairs don’t touch your data, but a Google backup first is the safest move.

My Pixel Tablet won’t charge on the dock. What’s wrong?
It can be the tablet’s charging pins, the dock or the dock’s power adapter. Bring both in and we’ll find out during the free diagnosis.
Do you repair older Pixel Slate and Nexus tablets?
Yes, if we can get parts. Request a quote with your model and we’ll check first.
What warranty comes with the repair?
When we install new parts (other than OEM parts), the repair carries a lifetime warranty against defects. All other repairs, including genuine and OEM parts, carry a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. Breakage and liquid damage aren’t covered. Read the full warranty policy.
