Most repairs don’t touch your data, but a backup first is the safest move.
Bring the S Pen
If your tablet uses an S Pen, bring it along so we can test pen input after the repair.
Galaxy Tab repair FAQs
Can you replace a cracked Galaxy Tab screen?
Yes. We replace screens on Galaxy Tab S, Tab A and Tab Active models when parts are available.
My Galaxy Tab won’t charge. Can you fix it?
Usually. It’s often lint or a damaged USB-C port. We clean the port during the free diagnosis and replace it if needed.
Is it worth repairing a Galaxy Tab A?
Often, yes, especially for kids’ tablets. If the repair costs close to a new tablet, we’ll tell you honestly.
What warranty comes with the repair?
When we install new parts (other than OEM parts), the repair carries a lifetime warranty against defects. All other repairs, including genuine and OEM parts, carry a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. Breakage and liquid damage aren’t covered. Read the full warranty policy.
