Good to know before your Pixel Watch repair
Water resistance after repair
Opening a watch breaks its factory seal. We reseal it with new adhesive, but no repair shop can promise original water resistance afterward. Avoid swimming or showering with a repaired watch.
Your data syncs to Fitbit
Pixel Watch health and fitness data syncs to the Fitbit app on your phone, so repairs don’t erase your history.
Protect the dome
The Pixel Watch’s curved glass has no raised edge to protect it. After your repair, a bumper case or screen protector is cheap insurance.
Pixel Watch repair FAQs
Can a cracked Pixel Watch screen be replaced?
Yes. We replace cracked and unresponsive Pixel Watch screens when parts are available for your generation.
Can you replace a Pixel Watch battery?
Yes, when parts are available. We’ll confirm parts and price for your model during the free diagnosis.
Is it worth repairing a Pixel Watch?
Usually, yes. A screen or battery repair costs much less than a new watch. If repair doesn’t make sense for your model, we’ll tell you honestly.
Will my watch still be waterproof after the repair?
We reseal every watch with new adhesive, but once a watch has been opened, original water resistance can’t be guaranteed by any repair shop. Keep a repaired watch away from swimming and showers.
What warranty comes with the repair?
When we install new parts (other than OEM parts), the repair carries a lifetime warranty against defects. All other repairs, including genuine and OEM parts, carry a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. Breakage and liquid damage aren’t covered. Read the full warranty policy.
