Good to know before your Galaxy Watch repair
Water resistance after repair
Opening a watch breaks its factory seal. We reseal it with new adhesive, but no repair shop can promise original water resistance afterward. Avoid swimming or showering with a repaired watch.

Can you replace a Samsung Galaxy Watch screen?
Yes. We replace cracked and unresponsive screens on Galaxy Watch, Watch Classic and Watch Ultra models when parts are available.
Can you replace a Galaxy Watch battery?
Yes. We replace batteries in Galaxy Watch models that won’t last the day, shut off early or have swollen batteries.
Do you repair older Gear watches?
Yes, if we can get the part. Request a quote with your model and we’ll check parts availability first.
Will my watch still be waterproof after the repair?
We reseal every watch with new adhesive, but once a watch has been opened, original water resistance can’t be guaranteed by any repair shop. Keep a repaired watch away from swimming and showers.
What warranty comes with the repair?
When we install new parts (other than OEM parts), the repair carries a lifetime warranty against defects. All other repairs, including genuine and OEM parts, carry a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. Breakage and liquid damage aren’t covered. Read the full warranty policy.
