Tech services FAQs
Do you come to homes and businesses?
Yes. In-home visits are $125/hour with a $100 minimum, small-business service is $200/hour, and travel is free within 10 miles of our shop ($50 for 10–25 miles, $100 beyond 25 miles). We travel up to 50 minutes from our St. George shop.
Can I bring my equipment to the shop instead?
Yes. Most setup, backup and recovery work can be done in our shop at 245 Red Cliffs Dr #20, Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm. Diagnosis in the shop is free.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. We set up and support computers, networks, Wi-Fi, printers and backups for small businesses at $200 per hour on-site.
