Smartphone basics
Settings, backups, photos and the features you’re paying for but not using. Great for new iPhone and Android owners.
Spot & stop scams
How to recognize fake pop-ups, phishing texts and phone scams, and what to do if you clicked.
Protect your photos
Set up iCloud, Google Photos or a backup drive so a lost or broken device never means lost memories.
New computer setup
Move files, set up backups and security, and remove the clutter that slows new computers down.
Kids & screen time
Set up Screen Time and Google Family Link to manage apps, purchases and limits.
Console care for gamers
Keep consoles cool, clean and drift-free, and avoid the HDMI port damage we fix most often.
How workshops work
Small groups
Up to 20 people in person, so everyone gets help. Online video sessions are available for those interested in that approach.
Bring your device
Practice on your own phone, tablet or laptop, with its charger and passwords.
Short & practical
Typically 30-45 of instruction and hands-on. Then 15-20 minutes of Q&A.
