Good to know before your VR repair
Keep lenses out of the sun
Sunlight through VR lenses can burn the displays inside within seconds. Store your headset in its case or face-down, away from windows.
We check parts first
VR parts vary a lot by model. We confirm availability, price and timing before any work.

Do you repair Meta Quest headsets?
Yes. We repair Meta Quest 3, Quest 3S, Quest 2 and Quest Pro charging ports, batteries, fans, straps and controllers when parts are available.
Can scratched VR lenses be fixed?
Usually not by polishing, because the lenses have special coatings. On some headsets the lens can be replaced if parts are available. We’ll tell you after the free diagnosis.
Do you repair PS VR2 and Valve Index?
Yes, when parts are available. Request a quote with your headset and problem, and we’ll check parts first.
Can I mail my VR headset in for repair?
Yes. Mail-in repair with return shipping is always an option. Call (435) 525-6566 or request a quote before you ship, and we’ll send you instructions.
What warranty comes with the repair?
When we install new parts (other than OEM parts), the repair carries a lifetime warranty against defects. All other repairs, including genuine and OEM parts, carry a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. Breakage and liquid damage aren’t covered. Read the full warranty policy.
