Parts for less common phones can take a few days to arrive. We confirm availability and timing before you commit, so there are no surprises.
Back up your phone
Most repairs carry very little risk to your data, but a Google backup before you come in is the safest move.

If parts for an older phone cost more than the phone is worth, we’ll tell you honestly, and we can help move your data to a new phone.

My phone brand isn’t listed. Can you still fix it?
Probably. Request a quote with your exact model, and we’ll check parts availability and give you a price before you bring it in.
How long does an Android phone repair take?
With the part in stock, screen and battery replacements usually take 2–4 hours. If we need to order a part, we’ll tell you the expected arrival before you commit.
Do you fix Motorola Razr folding screens?
Yes, when parts are available. We repair Razr inner folding screens, outer screens and batteries.
What warranty comes with the repair?
When we install new parts (other than OEM parts), the repair carries a lifetime warranty against defects. All other repairs, including genuine and OEM parts, carry a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. Breakage and liquid damage aren’t covered. Read the full warranty policy.
