Pixel screen replacement
Cracked glass, flickering, green lines or an unresponsive touchscreen. After the repair we calibrate and test the under-display fingerprint sensor.
Pixel battery replacement
Fast drain, overheating, random shutdowns or a swollen battery. Usually 2–4 hours with the part in stock.
USB-C charging port
Slow or intermittent charging and loose cables. We clean or replace the port.
Cameras & camera bar glass
Cracked camera bar glass, blurry photos or a black camera screen.
Back glass & frame
Cracked back glass and bent frames from drops.
Water damage & other repairs
Liquid exposure, speakers, microphones and buttons. Turn the phone off and bring it in quickly.

Good to know before your Pixel repair
Turn on Repair mode
Newer Pixels running Android 14 or later have a Repair mode (Settings › System › Repair mode) that keeps your photos, messages and accounts private while the phone is in our shop.
Fingerprint calibration
Pixel fingerprint sensors sit under the screen. After a screen replacement, we run Google’s calibration so the sensor works properly, then you re-enroll your fingerprint.
Back up first
Most repairs carry very little risk to your data, but a Google One backup before you come in is the safest move.
Google Pixel repair FAQs
How long does a Pixel screen replacement take?
With the part in stock, a Pixel screen or battery replacement usually takes 2–4 hours from check-in. Our repair queue can affect timing, so we give you an estimate up front.
Will my fingerprint sensor work after a new screen?
Yes. We calibrate the under-display fingerprint sensor after the screen replacement and test it before you pick up. You’ll re-enroll your fingerprint.
Do you repair the Pixel Fold?
Yes. We repair Pixel Fold and Pixel Pro Fold inner and outer screens and batteries when parts are available.
What is Pixel Repair mode?
It’s a setting on newer Pixels that hides your personal data while the phone is being repaired. Turn it on in Settings › System › Repair mode before you drop off your phone.
Is there a discount for a second repair?
Yes. A second repair done in the same visit is typically $30 off, because the phone is already open.
What warranty comes with the repair?
When we install new parts (other than OEM parts), the repair carries a lifetime warranty against defects. All other repairs, including genuine and OEM parts, carry a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. Breakage and liquid damage aren’t covered. Read the full warranty policy.
